Refund & Return Policy

2. Return Timeframe
Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery for fresh products and within 48 hours for packaged products.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be provided via bank transfer.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to Porbandar and surrounding areas in Saurashtra, Gujarat. Delivery areas are subject to change based on operational capacity.
2. Delivery Times
- Fresh milk: Daily delivery between 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM
- Other dairy products: Within 24-48 hours of order placement
- Special orders: 2-3 business days
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges vary based on location and order value. Free delivery available for orders above ₹500 within city limits.
4. Cold Chain Delivery
All products are transported in refrigerated vehicles to maintain optimal temperature and ensure freshness.
